The rooms are located on the downstairs level of a spacious four-bedroom house. Lodgers will have use of the entire downstairs area, including a large open-plan kitchen and lounge, access to a courtyard, and a private bathroom (bath and shower combined) with a separate toilet.

The home is calm, friendly, and respectful, though at times can be lively. It would suit working professionals who are comfortable sharing some living spaces and enjoy a relaxed household environment.

The live-in landlord is a work-from-home creative, living with a 21-year-old daughter and a friendly (though occasionally barky!) cockapoo.

This home is best suited to someone who is comfortable around dogs and tolerant of occasional noise.
