Sunny & Spacious Double Room Available

Our flat is a gorgeous, sunny, and spacious 2 bedroom located just off the seafront in Hove. It’s closely located to groceries, cafes, restaurants, stores, and a short bus ride into Brighton.

It’s one bathroom with a separate toilet room. Shared lounge that gets tons of light. There is a parking spot too, and currently neither of us use it.

I am moving countries, so unfortunately, I have to leave this flat behind. My flatmate is 25 y/o professional woman and we’ve had so much fun living together. She’s trustworthy, funny, caring, but also is respectful of my alone time and space.

Overall, I can’t recommend this place more. The landlord is also great.

It is an option to buy my bedroom furniture off me. If you’re interested please let me know. :)
