Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the joint tenancy in our lovely 2-bed flat in central Hove. I’m leaving only because of a visa change — I’ve truly loved living here, and I’m sad to go.

Fits a double bed + vanity/desk easily
Built-in wardrobe with great storage
Can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs
I can leave bed & mattress if you want
OR I can fully clear the room before you move in
You will also get access to the entry hallway storage area (I currently have priority there)

Bills: approx £100/month

You’ll be taking over my side of the joint tenancy, with standard referencing from the landlord/agency.
