My housemate is moving out of our lovely 2 bed flat in Hove at the end of January 2026 and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 30/01/26.
The flat is just a few minutes walk from Hove Station and close to many nice cafes, restaurants, pubs, and the big Tesco in Hove. The bedroom is a small double, with good afternoon light and in-built storage. It comes unfurnished, but my housemate has furniture that she is happy to pass on.
I moved to Hove from London in May for a change of pace and to be closer to the sea! I work from home, at a local co-working space and travel to the office 3-4 times a month. I'm loving exploring the area, and have joined the local gym and art classes recently. The flat is split level but quite compact so I'm really looking for someone I can share the home with and trust.
Rent is £725 per month, excl. bills and council tax. The tenant will need a UK home owner guarantor to comply with the landlord’s requirements.
