Seafront room with balcony (beach-facing)

Hello all, I have a room available for short-term let from now until January the 15th, with a possibility of extending until the 30th of January if preferred. The room has a beautiful beach-facing balcony where you can eat breakfast and right across the road from King Alfred’s gym. All amenities are included including bills.
