A room is becoming available in our lovely 2-bedroom flat, as my current flatmate is heading back to the US. Unfortunately for me, but it’s genuinely been a blast living together!

The flat is a gorgeous, sunny, and spacious 2 bedroom located just off the seafront in Hove. It's closely located to groceries, cafes, restaurants, stores, and a short bus ride into Brighton.
It's one bathroom with a separate toilet room.
Shared lounge that gets tons of light. There is a parking spot too.

The flat is spacious, bright, and feels like home rather than just a place to sleep. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a shared living area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean, and respectful.
The location is a big plus — just a 15-minute walk from Churchill, making it ideal for work or study nearby.

The room would suit someone friendly and easygoing who’s happy sharing a space and the occasional chat.

I’m a professional working in mental health with a standard 9–5 job. Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates and spinning classes, and I definitely love travelling whenever I get the chance. I’m friendly, respectful, and appreciate a relaxed, comfortable home environment.

The flat is fully furnished, however, room comes with bed, mattress, and closet. My previous flatmate is happy to sell it for a great offer to the next tenant.
