We are two friendly professionals (29 & 26) looking for someone who wants a place to call a home. We’d love a housemate who’s respectful, tidy, chilled and up for a chinwag over a glass on wine.

One of us works in Fashion Marketing (26) and the other (29) is a full time MSc Occupational Therapy student at UOB who graduates in the summer and will be working at the local hospital.

The flat has a warm, cosy and chilled vibe where we respect each others space but get on well.

About the room & flat:
- biggest bedroom in the flat
- unfurnished
- access to part of the roof which can be used as a private balcony
- fully furnished shared lounge and kitchen
- washing machine and dishwasher
- permit holder parking available

Location:
- amazing location, conveniently located 15 minutes walk to Brighton Churchill Square and Hove, George Street
- Tesco, Sainsbury’s and endless pubs on our doorstep
- Easy bus routes to other areas in Brighton and beyond
- 5/10 minutes bus journey to Brighton or Hove train station

Bills:
- not included
- roughly £60 per month (excluding council tax)
- water is done every 3 months and it’s roughly £50 each

Move in:
- 5th January 2026 (flexible but must be at some point during January)

You’d be taking over the current housemates tenancy/contract which runs until 28th July 2026 with opportunity to sign for a further year.
