I’m moving back to Australia at the start of March 2026 and am looking for someone to take over the lease of my double room in Hove.

Centrally located flat in Brunswick Square with sea views, walking distance to plenty of bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc.

You would be sharing the flat with 1 Male and 1 Female, both working professionals and in their mid 20’s.

Sharing the bathroom with 1 flatmate as the other has an ensuite.

The room will come furnished with a double bed that has storage drawers underneath and another set of drawers in the corner.

The rent is £754 per month and bills are around £135 each per month.
