Flatmate wanted for long-term let

Hello,

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our household when our current flatmate moves out (flexibility around exact date) in October 2026.

As this is a tenancy swap, a new lease agreement will be formed on a rolling periodic tenancy in line with the new Renters’ Rights Bill.

🍁Large bathroom, including a shower over bath and bidet, shared with only one other tenant

Current housemates:
Steven, he/him: 32, works from home/the office in IT in the gaming industry. Loves cooking, comedy, live music gigs and exploring new local pubs/restaurants.

Anne, she/her: 34, works from home in clinical research. Loves hiking, raving, live music and nature.

We are both queer and neurodivergent; A is also disabled so we would both prefer to live with someone who is kind, clean, communicative and understanding of this.

There is no expectation to cook/eat together, we generally tend to do our own thing but enjoy catching up over a few drinks at home or at the pub. It would be nice to be able to socialise as a flat 😊. We both eat meat/fish/animal products.
Average bills cost - £140 pcm each on average, seasonal fluctuations. Includes high-speed fibre WiFi installed this year

Shared responsibility of bills (new tenant would take on council tax payments)
