Double room with balcony to rent

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our flat in Hove. The property is located centrally, close to Palmeira Square where there are plenty of buses going in and out of the city centre. Tesco and Sainsburys are a five minute walk away as is the beach. The flat has a toilet, bathroom (shower and bath) and a kitchen with a washing machine for clothes. Your room is a large double bedroom that has a private balcony that is large enough to have barbecues or to sit outside on.

We (Megan and Danni) are two friendly working professionals who work remotely and hybrid, we are also both neurodivergent and are an LGBTQ friendly household. We are looking for a quiet flatmate who is clean and tidy to join us, and would prefer to live with a female or non-binary individual. PETS: 2 cats already in the property, for this reason we will not be considering other animals. Please do not apply if you have an allergy to animals as this will not be suitable accommodation.

STUDENTS: Not suitable for students.

COUNCIL TAX BAND: Band C, £182 per month. Split by 3 this comes to £60.67 per month.

BILLS INCLUDED: wifi/broadband is included. Gas and electric is operated on a pay as you go system via key/card. Water bill is paid every 6 months. Council tax not included.

SMOKING: Neither occupant is a smoker, but smoking is permitted in your room if you do smoke.
