A large double room is available to rent with a private balcony, which can be used for barbecues or for sitting out in the sun during the summer.

The property location is central, located very close to Palmeira Square with bus stops five minutes away, the beach 10 minutes away, and within walking distance of both Hove and Brighton station (approximately 15/20 minutes walk).

The flat includes a toilet, bathroom (shower and bath) and a kitchen with a washing machine for clothes. The listing states property is unfurnished but can include a double bed if desired.

We (Megan and Danni) are two friendly working professionals aged 27 and 29 who work remotely/hybrid and we are an LGBTQ friendly household. Our interests include music, reading, pole dancing, meditation and yoga. We would appreciate living with someone who is clean, tidy and friendly.

SMOKING: Neither occupant is a smoker, but smoking is permitted in your room if you do smoke.
