Small Double - Perfect Location (Central Hove)

I’m an Interior Architecture student living in a lovely Victorian apartment in central Hove. Currently advertising the room as my gorgeous housemate is relocating for work.

The room is fully furnished, and you’ll have your own fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for day-to-day cooking, and there’s also a washer-dryer.

The location is amazing—just a 2-minute walk from the seafront and 3 minutes from Church Road, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and great bus links right on the doorstep.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which makes it feel really peaceful. Being on the top floor does mean there are a few flights of stairs, but it’s well worth it for the atmosphere.

The building also benefits from a communal garden and secure bicycle storage.

👤 Ideal Housemate

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate. I enjoy socialising and having a chat at home, but I also value my own space, so I’m looking for someone who’s independent, easy-going, and has a good balance between socialising and downtime.

As the room is a small double, it’s best suited to someone whose belongings comfortably fit within the room and who doesn’t work from home full-time. Unfortunately, the room isn’t suitable for pets.

🌿 A Bit About Me

I’m an Interior Architecture student, and I also work, so I’m out quite a lot during the week. I also spend some weekends away with family and friends, so the flat is often nice and quiet.

I can be a little OCD when it comes to cleaning, but I’m not overbearing about it. I’m a considerate person and always prefer to have open conversations about what works best for the person I’m living with.

I’m pretty laid-back, a little goofy, and easy to get along with, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy sharing a comfortable and respectful home.
