The flat has been freshly refurbished and redecorated, is super clean, and very well looked after. The room is fully furnished and you’ll have your own fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for day-to-day cooking as well we have a washing and dryer washing machine.

The location is amazing just 2 minutes from the seafront and 3 minutes from Church Road, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and great bus links right on the doorstep.

The building also benefits from a communal garden and secure bicycle storage.

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and kind. I enjoy socialising and chatting at home, but I also value my own space, so I’m after someone chilled, independent, and balanced.

I love going out for food, drinks, or music, but this is not a party flat. It’s more of a calm, cosy, and comfortable home, so I’m ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
