Double room in Hove house share- bills included

We are three housemates looking for someone to rent our 4th bedroom. It’s a nice south facing double room, the house is really lovely and privately rented. Small very sunny courtyard garden.
Rent is £750 a month, including bills (and a cleaner every other week).
The three of us here are all young (ish) professionals, two women and one guy.

We’re pretty chilled and sociable and love a good kitchen natter! You’ll likely find us in the front room watching tv in the evenings, but also no hard feelings if we want our own space.

We found each other through spare room and have become great friends. So would love someone who wants to have a friendly happy home to join.
