Tenant Requirements / Screening Policy:
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, this property is managed responsibly and tenants will be carefully screened. All applicants must:
• Provide valid photo ID (passport or UK driving licence)
• Provide proof of employment or funds to cover the rent
• Provide a previous landlord reference if available
• Be over 21 (or agreed with landlord)
• Agree to the terms of the short-term tenancy agreement, including maximum occupancy, no smoking indoors, and proper use of the property

Viewings will be conducted in person before any tenancy is confirmed.

Deposit will be taken to cover any damage or breaches of the agreement.
