A room is available in a lovely, well-located flat in Hove. The flat is ideally situated just a 17-minute walk from Hove Station and only 10 minutes from the beach. There are plenty of shops, cafés and local amenities nearby as well as a bus stop very close by making it easy to get around. The building is well manteined and has a lift. The flat also benefits from a balcony.
You would be sharing the flat with me. I’m 33 years old and work full-time from home. I’m social and friendly and enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment. Because I work from home, I’m ideally looking for someone who works outside the house.
I’m looking for a clean, respectful flatmate who’s happy to keep shared spaces tidy and enjoys an easy-going but considerate living situation.
The room comes unfurnished but the current flatmate is selling her furniture if interested.
The cost is £700 pm + bills
Council tax is band B.
Heating and hot water are included in the rent.
The room is available from the 12th of March.
The agency requirements for the new tenant are the below:
1. An income of no less than £21,000 per annum.
2. A positive reference from their current landlord.
