Big double room in houseshare Hove

We have a big double room available in our lovely, spacious house share. We live in a calm environment which we like to treat as a home, we hope to find someone similar :)

The move in date is 20th of Feb but can be earlier by arrangement.

ABOUT US:

I am Niall - 40yo Mircopub owner
Louis - 33yo Doctor

We are both easy-going and friendly and hope to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in the house. When we are not working or busy with other activities we often get together for house dinners.

THE HOUSE:

The house is 2mins from the cricket ground and 10mins from 7 Dials and Hove high street shops.

We share all of the communal space which is the whole downstairs and a lovely garden out the back (keen gardeners welcome!), perfect for BBQs in the summer. There’s lots of space in the kitchen for us all to cook and we have a really spacious dining and living area for socialising and relaxing. The street itself is mostly made up of family homes so quiet and really welcoming.

The room is unfurnished but our housemate might be able to leave the duvan double bed frame if you prefer so you would only need a mattress. It has a big built in wardrobe and loads of space for storage.

Please be aware you will have to go through references with our letting agency during the process. This house is in Council Tax band D.
