The room comes fully furnished and has its own spacious bathroom with walk in shower, roll-top bath and toilet (plus under-floor heating!). I am a live in landlord and take pride in having created a beatiful, cozy home. I'm looking for someone trustworhthy and responsible to let my guest bedroom out to on a short-term (3 month basis) - I expect you to care for it as your own home! The living area and kitchen/dining areas will be share with me - with plenty of space! All bills and Netflix included :)
