Double Room to rent in Hove

Hello,

I've got a well sized Double Room that's become available to rent in my Flat.
Based in a really good location in Hove, we're a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach, close to Sussex cricket ground, Palmeira Square and local shops, cafes and restaurants on Church Road. Major bus routes very closeby and on street permit parking is available.
My flatmate is moving out next month and his room that is becoming available is a good sized double with inbuilt storage. Bright, west facing flat with natural light.
Kitchen has a good sized Fridge/ Freezer, oven/stove and the washing machine is there too. Plenty of storage space in there.
We have a shared lounge, sofa/ dining table in there and some more space will be made there and in the flat with some of my housemates belongings going with his move.
We have a good sized bathroom with a separate Bath and an enclosed shower unit.
Rent will be £650 pcm for the room and the shared bills roughly £150 pcm each.
The short term tenancy will be for 6 months and will then roll on to a month by month basis.
I work full time for a local organisation that work in collaboration with the NHS in IT Training, currently mainly from my office locally in Brighton and also across Sussex too. I've done plenty of remote working too and ideally my schedule may balance to a hybrid work pattern in the coming year.
I'm looking for a full time working professional who ideally works at their workplace full time or hybrid a few days a week is all good too. Mature / PHD students welcome.
A bit about me. I'm an outgoing person, very chilled.
In my free time I enjoy being out and being active, playing sport, running, cycling, travelling whenever I can, going to gigs, the cinema, listening to music and spending time with my friends locally.
Someone who's been in houseshares before, considerate with shared spaces, sharing cleaning duties would be a good fit.
I'm happy to spend time over a cuppa, cook, watch some TV or listen to music and hang out when I'm home in my free time but equally I usually plan things in when I can being out and about and making trips in my free time so someone I could get that balance of shared and independent time with would be great.
