Looking for a lodger for a bright, furnished single room in a spacious, comfortable family home with a mother and two daughters. One minute’s walk from Aldrington station and 15 minutes from Hove station, with supermarkets, Portland Road shops, cafes and regular buses into Brighton all close by.

The first-floor room located at the back of the house has a new mattress, single bed, wardrobe and desk. Shared spaces include a recently renovated bathroom and downstairs toilet. There is a large open‑plan living/dining room, and a well‑equipped kitchen where you’ll have your own cupboard and plenty of fridge space. There’s also a back garden with side access, and you’re very welcome to keep a bicycle there.

All bills included (energy, broadband, water and council tax – Band D). No smoking or vaping indoors and no pets (due to allergies).
