Me (31) and James (29) have a lovely space in our furnished professional home as our housemate and their partner are deciding to move in together! They've lived here for two years and loved living here.
Double bedroom + en-suite shower/toilet + balcony over our garden. The room is full of natural light and includes a large wardrobe on the landing space and the double bed is staying also!
The double room (unfurnished but the double bed is staying!) is available 28th February. It is a perfect location in the very popular Brunswick Place between Brighton + Hove and on the seafront by Hove Lawns! Great transport links by bus around and great shops and cafes.
We are looking for someone respectful and social, adds contribution to the flat with occasional flat-meals and being courteous about the space would be ideal. We are a professional home and require that the shared spaces are looked after and basic duties are kept to.
We have a home office desk space, a sofa TV space and a home-gym space and equipment which are mostly mine but I am happy to share communally. We do also have a small garden to use.
Random other things: electric boiler, we don't have parking permits for our street (no-one drives), it gets cold in winter on the seafront but nice and cool in the summer, we live in a ground-floor flat with an AirBnB above which is usually vacant so quiet neighbours, we have an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air-fryer, Netflix, weights.
Chris (me) - currently a pizza chef and personal trainer, I also teach guitar. Into football, cooking, running/gym, big heart and a big stomach haha
James - business development manager, plays basketball, loves watching TV and films, also a big heart and even bigger stomach
The flat is a real steal and a safe space for everyone and we look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you.
Please note no reckless drug-users, heavy drinkers, racists, misogynists, any kind of phobe or anybody particularly anti-social, we like to keep things light hearted and positive over here.
