The house is bright and spacious with a great garden — perfect heading into spring and summer. There are sea views from the front rooms and you’re a short walk from the beach, shops and cafés.

It’s a comfortable, well-equipped home rather than a basic rental.
Rent & Bills
Rent: £977 per month (includes fibre optic internet)
Additional bills are approximately £200 per month, based on average winter usage. This covers gas, electricity, water and council tax (Band B). Bills are expected to be slightly lower in the summer months.
Deposit: £1,096, protected and returned at the end of the tenancy.
Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be living with Richard, who’s friendly, sociable and easygoing. He enjoys a chat and the occasional drink but also respects personal space and downtime.
He has a very well-trained and friendly Labrador called Rusco, plus some fish and a lizard - so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone clean, considerate and relaxed who wants a respectful home rather than a party house.
