We have a spacious double room available in a lovely, well-kept house in Hove, just moments from the seafront.

The room can be let furnished or unfurnished (everything can stay apart from the desk). The rest of the house is fully furnished and in great condition.

The house is bright and spacious with a great garden — perfect heading into spring and summer. There are sea views from the front rooms and you’re a short walk from the beach, shops and cafés.

Rent & Bills

Rent: £682 per month (includes fibre optic internet)

Additional bills are approximately £130 per month, based on average winter usage. This covers gas, electricity, water and council tax (Band B). Bills are expected to be slightly lower in the summer months.

Deposit: £730 protected and returned at the end of the tenancy.

Who You’ll Be Living With

You’ll be living with Richard and Robert – long-time friends who are friendly, sociable and easy to live with. They’re both active, often out and about, and work hybrid roles, splitting time between home and the office.

Richards has a very well-trained and friendly Labrador called Rusco, plus some fish and a lizard - so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.
