I am looking for someone to take over my room in a large, two bedroom, two bathroom, fully furnished apartment overlooking Sussex cricket grounds. Room is a large double with a king size bed and plenty of storage as well as well as having a dedicated bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You will be sharing with one other tenant and will be expected to share the upkeep of the common areas (lounge, kitchen and entranceway). Two minutes walk to Church street with all of its bars and restaurants and the beach is a few minutes further away. We are positioned back off the road and overlooking the cricket grounds so minimal traffic noise. Light and airy, this apartment would suit a non smoking, professional single or couple (extra £200).
