I’m posting to find a replacement flatmate for my room that’s been a great home for the past few years! Really spacious unfurnished room with lovely natural light from large double glazing windows and a large wardrobe left by former tenants. There are two bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room area with washing machine, dishwasher, and big double door fridge. The flat is on the ground floor with a parking space outside and a huge garden with shed. The street/neighbours are super friendly and there’s a street groupchat too for any enquiries. Portslade station/high street about 15 min walk away and BP petrol station nearby
Rent £700 monthly, all monthly bills total to approx £120 a month including £60 for council tax. Other bills depend on usage.
You would be sharing with two people - a woman and non binary person. Some of the furniture/homeware in the pictures is mine so people with their own furniture are welcome to message as there’s lots of space if you need it.
The tenancy is until August 2026 when you can choose to renew for another year, which I have done twice easily. The landlord is really reasonable and agency are quick to sort out repairs so I can’t recommend it enough. Move in for April 7th approx - can be flexible depending on circumstances.
Any questions regarding viewing the room please ask. The other flats in the building have pets so if you have pets I would assume it’s fine after disclosing to landlord.
