Large studio/ double room.
5 mins walk to the sea on the cusp of Brighton and hove, walking distance to both.
My current flatmate has gone back up north, so I am in search of someone to share this beautiful, large, light , airy flat with. It has big sach windows and high ceilings. The light in this large room is beautiful in the afternoon and looks out onto some lovely gardens. No noise and no adjoining walls. As well as plenty of cupboards space. The flat has a big kitchen / diner and 1.5 bathrooms.
I am away often for work and family obligations, so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. I am fun, friendly, tidy and considerate, looking for someone similar.
The room is partially furnished.

I am currently doing viewings on the morning of the 4th, 5th of April and all day/evening on Monday 6th. If you like the room and we are compatible you can move into at your earliest convenience.
Couples may be considered but would have to raise the monthly rent.
