Large double room in a great location

Large double room available in a very clean and tidy flat on Brunswick Place just off of Western Road.
Current flatmate just took a last minute job offer to work on a yacht so she’s looking to rent her room out (preferably to a female) from the 16th of March for 6 months.
A bit about myself- I’m a freelance videographer/photographer that mostly works for a handful of YouTubers here in Brighton and spend most of my free time bouldering or playing golf. I’m very very clean and tidy and would like any potential flatmate to also be very clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces.
