We are all Professionals (2 Female, 2 Males) looking to replace our current 5th flatmate who is sadly moving out.
We are 2 males, 27 engineer and 29 Brighton Football Coach and 2 females, 29 and 26 who work in finance and at the council! We met on spare room but have since become great friends and would love someone to join our family-vibe in the house!
We like to spend time together and going out for drinks. Apart from that it’s pretty chilled and we respect our quiet times.

A 4 story town-house with 5 beds, 2 bath + 1 toilet, open plan living in basement, garden, N permit road parking with the exchange pub at the end of the road.
Rent: £620 All Bills: ~£100 ppm
