I’ve got a room available in our lovely, homely flat in Hove, just a 2 minute walk from Hove Lawns and the beach.
My current housemate is moving out to live with her partner so looking for someone to fill her room. It’s a 2 bed split-level flat with all the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer etc).
We have a small balcony space which is nice to use in the summer and a lovely open plan kitchen. Ideally looking for a working professional who’s up for socialising and doing wholesome activities from time to time with me and my friend circle. Preferably someone in the gay community.
