I’ve got a room available in our lovely, homely flat in Hove, just a 2 minute walk from Hove Lawns and the beach!
My current housemate is moving out to live with her partner so looking for someone to fill her room. It’s a 2 bed split-level flat with all the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer etc). She’s also willing to sell some of the furniture in the room on to the new tenant such as the bed and chest of drawers.
I’m a friendly, self-employed marketing professional who loves going out with friends for coffee and adventurous plans on weekends! I’m a big foodie and love cooking from home so always happy to pitch in to home meals. Bit of a geek when it comes to TV and movies - anything Marvel I could talk about for hours.
I’m very laid back and like to keep the space clean and tidy. Very house proud so love decorating and making home improvements with the changing seasons (just an FYI in autumn there will be pumpkins and autumnal decorations around the flat! 🤣🎃)
We have a small balcony space which is nice to use in the summer and a lovely open plan kitchen. Ideally looking for a working professional who’s up for socialising and doing wholesome activities from time to time with me and my friend circle. Preferably someone in the gay community.
