Bright double room in Hove flatshare

We have a bright double room coming available from 22nd April (can be flexible with this), in our spacious 4 bedroom, third floor flat located in Hove, right next to the beautiful St Ann’s Wells Park.

The room is partly furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe with mirror, cube storage shelving unit, and built-in extra storage cupboard with a handy hanging rail. Other furniture shown in photos won't be staying, but you can see there's plenty of space for a desk if you require one for WFH needs, and even a little reading corner.

One side of the room is taken up by large, double glazed windows, overlooking a pretty courtyard with trees and a garden.

Our flat is spacious and comfortable, and we keep a relaxed, friendly but also peaceful vibe. There is a large living room, spacious kitchen area, and a shared bathroom with a bath/shower unit, plus a washing machine and dryer!

You'll be living with three female working professionals, who are friendly and enjoy each other's company, but are also very respectful of personal space and alone time. We are clean, tidy, and conscious about maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

The Practical Stuff:
Move in date - around 22nd April, but can be flexible with the exact date
Rent - £550
Bills - Roughly £125 but often a little bit less in the summer months, we all contribute a little to a cleaner who comes bimonthly for the communal areas.
Deposit - £576
