Varying rent options are available, £1050 for an individual and £1250 for a couple, all bills included, with the option to increase rent for scheduled use of the garden room office space, or more guaranteed time/days for part-time sharer Hannah not being around. Can all be discussed!
This is a one bed flat in a detached property, located in a very quiet area of Hove, but still excellent location (see details below). The double bedroom is fully furnished with plenty of storage, including wardrobe, ottoman bed with Emma mattress and a dressing table.
Looking for working professional (or couple), preferably not full-time working from home though this can also be discussed.
Hannah (flatmate) has a separate bedroom in the studio at the bottom of the garden, out of sight from the flat and patio area. This has its own toilet so you would be undisturbed, with the flat to yourself at night-time. Hannah is very easygoing, approachable, friendly and out and/or away a lot, meaning the living space would be mainly yours for the majority of the time. Occasionally she would be looking after our small dog who is very quiet, well behaved and friendly.
Hannah & myself (Danielle) are in the early stages of this flat being on the market, meaning occasionally people will be viewing the property. This is still at an early stage and it is expected that it will take at least 8 - 12 months (likely longer) for the flat to sell. I am completely transparent about this and, if you moved in, would ensure you are kept in the loop about everything. The price of the room reflects the understanding needed around this process.
This flat was previously our home as a couple. As we jointly own the flat and are selling it together, I (Danielle) may occasionally assist with enquiries about the room - but you would be living with Hannah only.
