Hi my name is Ralph.
I have a double room to rent in a large 3 bedroom flat .
I am the owner of the flat and am looking for an initial short term let of 3 months, which could then be extended if both the tenant and myself are in agreement to do so.
There is a shared living area ,kitchen and two seperate toilets one with a shower/bath both with sinks.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier.
I live with an 11 year old collie/spaniel dog who is very gentle and no trouble at all called Lola.
The flat is next to the 3 Cornered Copse which is close to Hove park while giving easy access to the A27 leading onto the A23/M23.
The Devils Dyke is less than 2 miles away and tge flat it is within walking distance of the SouthDowns.
There is no parking other than with a visitors permit which is ok for 48 hours at a time. However, there is free parking on the surrounding roads.
I'm looking for a tenant who is either working or a student with the financial means to pay for the room without the need for applying for housing benefit.
They must be clean ,tidy and respectful, by looking after the property and its facilities.
Any damage that happens by accident depending on the item would need to be paid for, replaced or a contribution given to fix.
Electricity and Gas are included but
Council tax is down to the individual to pay for. The property is Band C
I have two daughters that are currently in London ,one is working the other at university who will return home from time to time. The one at university will move back for the summer from mid June to September.
