Room available in Hove

Hello, I have a room available in central Hove as my current flatmate is relocating for his job. Move in date around the start of June-ish, possibility to start at end of May

The flat is next to Hove town hall and about 5 mins for the beach, so easy for a quick dip and run back for a shower. Lots of local independent shops, restaurants, cafes etc. and 5 mins away from Tesco and 10 from Hove station.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a 3 story building, lovely east facing window in the spacious living room and kitchen, skylight in the hallway and west facing windows in the bedrooms. There is one toilet and one shower room. Your bedroom is unfurnished and is a wee bit cozy but comes can easily fit a double (currently has a king size in at the moment which still leave plenty of room) and there is built in storage. The living room has a sofa and a dining table with chairs, which is a guess what you need but I would love to get some extra stuff in there like a tv and another couch.

A bit about me: I’m 23 and originally from Edinburgh and moved down to Brighton for work about a year and a half ago. I love walking, reading, going to the pub, having a beer or glass of wine at home. My boyfriend lives in London and we usually alternate weekends going to each other, so you will have the flat to yourself some weekends but also have a new friend on the other ones; he’s very lovely, I promise. I would love to be friends with my new flatmate, hopefully we will get on swell.
