Short term or Monday to Friday

Lovely double room available in our Edwardian family home in the Pembrokes for either short term or Monday-Friday lets.

Close to the beach, a big Tesco’s, Hove Station, George Street and countless pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

All bills included. We have two dogs (one with a fairly loud bark). Shared bathrooms and toilets. Use of the large kitchen with its dining table and sofa and use of the garden and washing line. Use of washing machine and if raining the tumble dryer.

Happy to rent on the following basis:

£170 per week on a rolling basis;
£150 per week for Monday to Friday let;
£37.50 per night with a minimum of 2 nights

Wi-Fi and bills all included.
