10 min walk to all the joys Seven Dials has to offer, 15 min walk to central Hove/the beach and 20 minutes into Brighton.

The property is on the number 7 bus route which takes you all the way to the Marina (as well as past both Hove and Brighton train stations)

The available room is nice and spacious. It comes unfurnished, but there is an inbuilt double wardrobe.

You’ll be sharing with one other person -

I work part time as a teacher and dog walker, so I’m only occasionally working from home and generally out and about quite a bit during the week.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and tidy, and I’d love to live with someone who’s similar. I really value having a home that feels comfortable and welcoming rather than just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends, going to the gym, beach walks, and the occasional pub trip or wine night.

It would be lovely to live with someone who’s up for the occasional chat in the kitchen, movie night, or sharing dinner now and then, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

Being a dog lover would be fab, as I sometimes have dogs visiting the flat through my work. They’re always very cute and very well behaved!
