A choice of one of two double bedrooms one at rear of property which is larger and has en suite shower room, and one at the front with access to balcony and own separate bathroom. Situated in prime location and in first floor period property with beautiful view of Hove Lawns, beach huts and sea :) Live in ‘landlady’ very well travelled, non-judgemental, laid back and friendly and works full time during week and will leave you to do your thing! Location is everything here, area very central and sought after and no need to use any transport as everything is on your doorstep! There are parking spaces if required however….come and spend the whole summer here or just visit for a short stay as the room is free till September, (a longer stay could potentially be negotiated :) Any questions or for viewings please call my mobile number listed if you want a prompt response! I am very flexible in terms of length of stay or midweek/weekends only or other options if required. If you are a couple or friends that’s fine too though the rental price would adjust accordingly if 2 as opposed to 1. You would be the only other lodger/s and plenty of space. Hove Station is 15 min walk, and Brighton town centre 20 min walk or 5 mins bus ride and 25 mins drive to Gatwick airport and easily accessible transport links to there and central London. Rent includes bills and I have priced competitively for this area as I am only renting the room as it seems a shame for someone not to make the most of all the amazing things this city has to offer!
