Double room in friendly flatshare

Hi! We’re looking for a third person to join our friendly and relaxed flatshare in central Hove as our lovely flatmate is moving onto new adventures.

This is a bright and spacious flat in central Hove. The number 7 bus stops across the street & Hove train station is a 5 min walk away. We are in zone N for parking permits.

The double bedroom is good in size and has loads of space for you to make it your own. The room comes unfurnished but our flatmate would be willing to sell all the furniture pictured if needed. There is also a large wardrobe in the hallway that comes with the room.

The flat has:
* 2 bathrooms
* A large shared living/dining room
* A separate kitchen with appliances

About us: We are two women in our late 20s, looking for a third person of a similar age to join us. We are looking for someone who would like to make the flat a home and would enjoy a friendly and tidy place.
You’ll be living with Aru who is a researcher and enjoys reading, going to the beach when the weather holds up and going to the gym, and Vidushi who enjoys cooking, reading and taking walks

We’re both pretty easygoing and enjoy cosy evenings in, and the occasional shared meal. Not really party people. We also have a cleaning rota in place to make sure the flat stays tidy and each take responsibility for a bill.

Currently the rent is £658 per month. Bills (including communal heating hot water, council tax, water, electricity, and broadband) come to around £180 pp/month on top. Referencing will be with the letting agents. The room is available from July end/Aug start.
