I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing, tidy flatmate to share this lovely home with. The flat is bright, peaceful, and full of natural light, with a lovely private garden that feels like a little oasis in the city.

You’d have:
* A spacious double bedroom
* Your own private bathroom
* Access to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area
* A sunny garden with outdoor seating

The house has a calm, homely feel — ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere, occasional chats over dinner or coffee, but also values their own space and independence.

The room itself is cosy and bright, with plenty of space for storage (plus we have a spare room for further storage!!)

The kitchen opens directly onto the garden, making the whole place feel airy and connected to nature. The morning light in the kitchen is such a dream to wake up to.

I’m looking for someone considerate and clean who’s after a genuine home rather than somewhere just to crash. I mostly work from home with some travel roughly once a month so you’ll have the place totally to yourself occasionally!
Ideally you’d be able to work from the office for most of the time or in a hybrid situation.
