The flat is huge and gorgeous, with a massive living room and a large kitchen including storage and a dishwasher.
Rent is £825 per month and bills are around £200 - £220 including council tax, water, gas & electricity & wifi.
I'm looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy and happy to regularly share cleaning of communal spaces. I’m a chatty patty but also like my own space especially after a long day at work!
I work from home 2 days per week and would ideally like a flatmate who doesn't wfh all of the time.
