About the room - it’s an unfurnished small double with a lovely large window looking out onto the balcony. There’s enough room to fit a small desk or a chest of drawers plus wardrobe. Can also add storage in hall way but it wouldn’t suit someone with lots of stuff. You’d have your own family size bathroom with a bath & shower. There’s a co-working space downstairs if you need to work from home. Move in date is flexible.
About the flat - the rest of the flat is furnished, brand new penthouse flat in Hove with a huge balcony that has stunning views.
It’s a 15 min walk to Brighton Station and a 10 min walk to Hove station. 10 mins to the beach and 10 mins to Seven Dials or Church St so ideally located.
There’s no parking (except visitor) so it wouldn’t suit someone who needs to park a car 24/7. Theres bike storage.
Bills - not included. Council Tax Band D. EPC C fully electric flat so bills won’t be as expensive in the winter.
About me - I’ve just moved to Hove after living in Australia for a couple of years (London prior to that) so I’m loving exploring the area and trying new things. I’m a Civil Servant and work from home 3 days a week - my job can be a bit stressful so I like the flat to be a relaxing place that is well looked after, clean and tidy. I work away occasionally / visit family and friends so there’ll be times you get the flat to yourself.
I’m a typical girl really, I love going to the beach, hiking, travelling, hanging out with my besties, pints at the pub, cultural stuff, dinner parties etc.
I’m looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home and be friends rather than living separate lives but respects alone time as well. It’s not a party flat but I do like to have friends over for a dinner / stay the weekend occasionally.
