Small double in a good location

Hello. We have a small double room available, with cupboard space in the hallway outside the room. Great location! 2 mins walk from the beach with a lovely breeze as we have windows on both sides of the house 😎. Right outside a bus stop, 10 mins into central Brighton by bus. Beryl outside the house. 25 minute leisurely walk into the city centre. We have a very spacious living room and separate large kitchen with an island. We are sociable and friendly housemates, looking for someone who also likes to socialise and will not purely keep themselves to themselves. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I am a musician (jazz-hiphop-neosoul) and we both collect/play vinyl records (every genre really but we prefer world music/anything with a nice groove!). Whilst we are of course understanding with noise, this room may be best placed for someone with similar interests.
