A studio room is becoming available in the house I live in with my partner and our 1 year old. It's a bright airy studio, fully furnished with an en-suite and a kitchen area on the 2nd floor (loft conversion) of a quiet house near Aldrington station. The rent is £750pcm and we split the household bills between the three of us. At the moment the bills are around £150 each per month.

Accessibility info - the studio is on the second floor with 29 steps and the room has LED lighting. It's 3 minutes walk to Aldrington station and bus stop. 5 minutes walk to coop, or Aldi and 8 minutes walk to Portland road with Sainsbury's and lots of shops.

My spouse (they/them) and I (she/her) are both neurodivergent and vegan. I work for a charity and I'm a yoga teacher and my spouse is a science teacher in a SEN school. We also have a toddler. We rent from a private landlord and are looking to sublet the studio to a quiet and tidy person.
