Looking for Two New Housemates – Hove Station

I’m looking for two friendly, professional housemates to join a flat right next to Hove Station. The apartment is in a fantastic, well-connected location and is accessible by lift.
Both available rooms are unfurnished but comfortably fit a double bed. The rooms available are 12”x9” and 12”x8” You’ll share a spacious bathroom with just one other person.

A little about me: I’m sociable, easy-going, and always happy to meet new people. In my spare time I enjoy watching TV, reading, and playing board games (fair warning: I’m very competitive!). Ideally, I’d love to live with people who enjoy spending time together in the communal areas from time to time. I prefer a relaxed and natural shared living environment—strict schedules for using the kitchen or living room just aren’t my thing.
If you prefer your own space and tend to keep to yourself, that’s absolutely fine too. The most important thing is that everyone is respectful, considerate, and comfortable in the flat.

Cleanliness is a huge priority for me. I'm looking for housemates who naturally keep shared spaces clean and tidy, clean up after themselves, and take pride in looking after their home. I want the flat to feel comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained for everyone, so it's important that communal areas don't become a source of stress or conflict.
