Description
My friend and future flatmate Jess and I are looking for two people to move into a Hove seafront property, available from September 8th.
The flat is located a one minute walk away from the beach, with shops, cafes, pubs and bus stops just as far away. The bedrooms are unfurnished, although there may be some furnishings available from previous flatmates available depending on what they choose to leave behind.
The flat comprises of three double rooms along one corridor, with a larger bedroom (my room, with my split of the rent higher than the rest), bathroom and kitchen lounge at the end. The photos of that feature a kitchen area and lounge area in the listing are of the same room from two different perspectives.
We are preferably looking for one male and one female tenant who work similar schedules to join us to maintain a balance in the flat. We are also LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent friendly!
About you: You’re clean, respectful, and easygoing. We value a peaceful, open-minded home environment, but we’re definitely not looking to create a house of strangers - we’re after people who want to socialise and grab a drink or cook together occasionally.
Jess and I both work in cafés, with Jess moving in from same time you would be. The current flatmates loved it here, staying for roughly 3 years on average — only leaving now due to moving onto new chapters in their lives. If you have any questions, just let me know and I'll respond as soon as possible.
Thanks, looking forward to hearing from you!

WiFi will need to be transferred from current leaving tenant, and council tax is £70PP.
About Robin (Me):
Hello! I’m taking some time away from a career in the music industry and am currently happily working in a coffee shop. In my spare time I love going to gigs, play football a few times a week and have keen interests in fashion, charity shopping and gaming.
I’m a pretty relaxed and open person, and want you to feel at home where you live - happy to do what I can to help you achieve that!
About Jess:
Hey! I work in a coffee shop and would describe myself as easygoing, open-minded and considerate. I love spending time outdoors and at the beach, and I’m also really into music and singing.
I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and can enjoy a good balance of social time and personal space. I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with, and I’d love to find a house share with a warm, positive atmosphere.
