Furnished Double Room

I have a bright, fully furnished double room with a king-size bed available in my welcoming flat in Hove. Available from beginning of August until December/January. £750 all bills included.
The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from both Hove train station and the beach, with plenty of lovely coffee shops, supermarkets and local amenities right on the doorstep.
You'll be sharing the flat with me and Kiko, my lovely cat. I am friendly, cheerful, easy going and my friends say I’m quite nurturing. I have my own Natural Skincare brand and I have a background in Psychology and Dance Therapy. When I am not working I love going to the beach, practicing yoga and meditation, baking and going to the cinema.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and appreciates a calm, clean and friendly home. This isn't just a room to rent – it's a shared home, so I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, communicates openly and is happy to keep shared spaces tidy.
