Lovely unfurnished double room available in central Hove, just a 5-minute walk from Hove Station and 15 minutes’ walk to the beach. There are plenty of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and large supermarkets nearby.

You’ll be sharing the house with three friendly female professionals in their mid forties and a cat. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, as well as a private garden.

We’re looking for a working professional who is friendly, respectful, tidy and considerate. We’d love to find someone who sees the house as a home. We all enjoy a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, respect each other’s privacy and quiet time, but also like the occasional chat or shared meal.

Because we already have a cat, unfortunately we’re unable to accept any additional pets.
