Double Room available in 7 Dials

We are currently looking for a new roommate to join our spacious first-floor flat in 7 Seven Dials.

The flat is split over 2/3 floors. It has a nice kitchen with two fridges and acts as a second social space. We have a large shared lounge area and one shared bathroom.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed and mattress but that can be taken out. The room is located on the same floor as the lounge and is the first room you pass going upstairs.

We have a downstairs neighbour who has the ground floor flat and the garden. It's a quiet street but only a 5-minute walk to the nearest pubs, cafes and co-op, roughly 10 mins to the beach and 15 minutes to Brighton station.

We are looking for someone who can fit in nicely here. We are both social people who enjoy hanging out and will head to the pub for a drink, hang out in the lounge and eat together in the kitchen but at the same time, we are professionals who equally enjoy our own downtime in our own space.

This is a chilled flat, so although guests are welcome and we are sociable, this isn't a party flat, so it's not suitable if you want to regularly host lots of people. We're considerate of each other's space, and we all make sure we keep the flat as nice and as tidy as possible. One of us works from home, but there is no issue if you do also, as there is plenty of space and they are often out. Plants are welcome and encouraged!

Rent includes bills, internet, tax and shared flat amenities (toilet roll, washing up liquid, soap, hoover bags, etc).

Note: There is minor damage in the bedroom, but the render has just been redone; the landlord will fix that damage.
