Large Double Room to Rent in Hove

This is a large double room available in a shared flat, conveniently located in Palmeira Square:

- 15 minutes walk to town centre
- Excellent bus links in and out of the city
- 10 minutes walk to Hove station
- 20 minutes walk/10 minute bus ride to Brighton station.

The move in date is flexible, from August 14th - August 28th.

I am moving out and am looking for someone to replace me, you will be living with two lovely and considerate individuals (non-binary and male). Interests include fitness, beach visits, photography, music, and they both have a strong love for dogs! One flatmate is vegan and sober, if you drink alcohol and eat meat this is no problem, we have a second fridge where we can store this so it’s separate.

The room itself is an incredibly large double, one ‘wall’ is built in cupboards so there is plenty of room for storage and clothes. Please note, this room is listed as unfurnished, but will include the table, the stool and the desk. If you wish to keep the mattress, this is fine, just note it is second hand and not in brilliant condition.

Smoking is permitted inside your room with the door closed or outside - the shared kitchen is a non-smoking area.

Pets are also considered, however, one of the tenants has two dogs round for sleepovers every so often (approx. 1-3 times per month), so you would need to be confident that this arrangement is suitable for your animal.
Due to the dog visits, please do not apply if you are allergic to pets or have a fur allergy.

Wifi is included in the price, all other bills are not. Gas and electric is pay as you go using a card and key, water is billed every 6 months, and council tax is band C.
