Looking for a mature/ postgrad student lodger to rent my spacious en-suite top floor room

I’m looking for a considerate, friendly lodger to share my peaceful home from September onwards.

The room is a spacious, light-filled double bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom, occupying the entire top floor of the house, giving you your own private space while sharing the rest of my spacious, centrally located Victorian house.

You’ll also have access to a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful south-facing garden that’s perfect for relaxing

The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Hove Station, the seafront and the cafés, restaurants and independent shops that make Hove such a lovely place to live. Brighton city centre and is easily reached on foot, by bus or by train. Bus stops direct to the universities can be taken from afew roads away.

I’m beginning the second year of my MFA (Master of Fine Arts) in London and would particularly welcome another mature student, postgraduate student, PhD student or international student looking for a calm, supportive home environment that’s conducive to study.

I would potentially consider a professional lodger but they would need to pay council tax as extra ( students are exempt) and will not consider someone who is wfh

I have worked in movement, yoga and also as a tv producer for over twenty years and enjoy a relaxed, respectful home with intelligent, thoughtful company.. I share the house with my friendly cat, so you’ll need to be fond of animals to live here.
