I'm looking for someone considerate and easy going to take the spare room in a chill 2 bed flat; my current flatmate is moving abroad for work.

I'm a healthcare professional working full time, including nights, and am looking for a friendly and considerate professional co-tenant who respects a quiet and tidy living space. The flat will largely be unoccupied during working hours.

Outside of work I'm a sociable guy that enjoys playing padel, badminton, squash and going to the gym. I'm also a big football fan. I enjoy cooking when I get the chance.

We're in the penthouse of a lovely period building on Wilbury Road in Hove. There's minimal noise and a great bunch of young people in the other flats. The room available is a large double with 2 walk in wardrobes and a large ensuite bathroom. There's a shared kitchen / living room area with large TV, coffee machine already fully furnished (additions welcome!).

Rent is £950pcm + bills (utilities, council tax [Band C], water, wifi). You would be signing onto the lease with a security deposit payable prior to moving in.

-Parking - on road - Permit zone N
-Bike lockup at the front of the building
-Foyer area for safe package delivery
-My current housemate is looking to sell his furniture - everything pictured in the bedroom as advertised
