I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my bright two-bedroom flat overlooking First Avenue, just a few minutes walk from the seafront. The flat has lovely sea views, a spacious living room, and a small balcony.

The available room is a double with space for a double bed and additional furniture, plus a large hallway wardrobe providing plenty of extra storage. The bedroom is unfurnished, while the rest of the flat is fully furnished and includes all the necessaries – a comfortable living room, functional kitchen, bathroom with a bath, and fast Wi-Fi.

The room is available from September, as my current flatmate is moving out.

I'm a working professional and spend a lot of my free time outdoors, so I'm often out and about. I also tend to stay away a couple of nights each week.

I'm looking for another working professional who's easy-going, tidy, and respectful. Hoping to find someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere but also values their own space and independence.
