Double room to rent in Hove

Hi! Me and my flatmate Yasmin are currently looking for someone to take over a room in our flat from September as our current flatmate is moving out.

It's a lovely three bed flat on the second floor located on Western Road in Hove near Brunswick Square/Palmeria Square. Nearby is the beach with a 2 min walk around the corner, a local small Sainsbury and Tesco, along with many well connected bus routes.

The flat is originally unfurnished so you’ll need your own furniture for the bedroom, but we have furnished the communal spaces colourfully as the photos show.

You’ll will be living with two women (27 years old).

Laveeza: I’m 27 and I’m a Graphic Designer, I love socialising and being out and about for food and drinks with my friends, but equally love my own space too!

Yasmin: I’m a 27 year old Psychology PhD student, I also like to be social as well as having my own space, and I love collecting new hobbies

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. It’d be lovely to find someone who would add to the sociable vibe of our flat! 🥰

Rent including the water is £583.33 each pcm. Bills are roughly £150 per month
