Double room + Private Large Lounge

My housemates are moving out and I'm looking for someone to tenant swap to join me in this awesome property. The price is high but worth it for the huge space and location. There's a large double room and a large lounge for both tenants (I'm on the top floor and advertising for bedroom & lounge on first floor). There's a shared kitchen and bathroom (with two fridges, washing machine, tumble drier, kitchen amenities etc). There's access to the roof which is often sunny too.

Previously, a couple shared one bedroom and lounge and the other tenant had their own bedroom and lounge, so if couple are also interested please enquire, I'd be happy to share.

The agents are keen to have details of potential tenants by 14th so please get in touch ASAP if you're interested. I'd be happy to send more photos, arrange a viewing, chat over the phone/in person to get to know each other more.

Current tenants are currently packing/organising etc so the photos may not clearly show the size of the space.
The previous tenant lived here for many years so I'll be doing a big clear out before new tenant moves in of kitchen/bathroom.

The shower was recently refitted and new lights in the kitchen.
